Deposits and Balances

A deposit is a payment of £10 per player, made payable to All Action Events Ltd (contact details). The deposit allows an individual, not neccesarily the payer, to attend the HotShots venue and to play paintball and to receive the goods, included rental items and consumables laid out in the agreed package contents.

Please note: Your particular package details will be emailed or faxed to you on receipt of a deposit payment by All Action Events Ltd. We recommend taking a copy of your receipt from All Action Events Ltd, with you on the day as proof of payment. The receipt will also show you the balances that need to be paid by your group to the venue company at the end of your paintball event. If an individual fails to turn up on the day, he/she/you need not pay their balance.

The balance is equal to the total cost of the package - Your initial deposit, and is payable to Projextions Ltd. Projextions Ltd is the company that will be hosting your day. All consumables such as included paintball rounds are issued either on your arrival. Extra consumables bought on the day are obviously not included in the original package, therefore you will need to pay for these extras as and when you require them. Acceptable payment for these 'extras' : Cash/ Cheques/ Credit Cards - Payments for such 'Extras' are made out to Projextions Ltd (Your venue hosts for the day).

Confirm the Booking & Payment Options.

Once you have checked availability, you can confirm your booking by paying a £10 per head, non-refundable deposit. You can do this by cheque or credit/debit card. If Hot Shots does not receive a deposit for your group at least 5 working days before your event, we will have to reallocate the spaces to another group. For this reason it is well worth paying your deposit as early as possible in order to guarantee your allocation.

All cheques must be made payable to 'All Action Events Ltd'. Cheques should be sent to the Hot Shots Web Bookings (Address info)


Booking Terms

The Small Print.

Deposits need to be paid in full before your game date. We advise paying deposits at least three weeks before the date of your game. Players turning up undeposited can not be guaranteed a place and in most cases will be turned away as we are usually fully booked at weekends.

With regards to adding additional players on to a group, priority is given to groups that have already paid a deposit on the week preceeding a particular weekend date.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you have paid a deposit and wish to cancel your event, you need to confirm this in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the booked event date. Please note: You will be charged a £50 cancellation fee.

If you are within 2 weeks of the event date projextions ltd reserves the right to withhold your deposit until such time as projections ltd can resell your spaces to another customer. Once your spaces have been re sold, All Action Events Ltd will reimburse your deposits less a £50 cancellation fee which will still apply.

What happens if I had an appalling day at HotShots and I want my money back?

We have a devotion to our customers that is second to none and we can honestly say that no customer has ever asked for their money back or has ever had a reason to.

Because of this we feel safe in offering you a 'cast iron guarantee'.

If you are not having the level of service you expected and wish to leave the event at some point before the later end of the day, you are entitled to ask the site manager for a refund whilst giving your reasons as to why. We will immediately refund your full day-fee (deposit and balance) given such a scenario, however you will not be permitted to continue taking part in the event.

If you had a bad day we would like to hear about it as and when it's going wrong for you and/or your group. It is little use telling us about it six months or even a day after the event. Letting the site managers know as soon as a problem occurs gives them and us the chance of dealing with it quickly and professionally.

Cancellation of an Event by HotShots Paintball (All Action Events Ltd)

This could only occur if there was a major disaster at or near our venue such as a hazardous chemical leakage from a passing container lorry, or an earthquake etc....

What happens 'IF' HotShots (All Action Events Ltd) cannot provide the Event I/We have paid a deposit for?

In the unlikely occurrence of an event being cancelled by HotShots Paintball (All Action Events Ltd), you the customer are entitled to a Full & Complete Refund of all deposits or indeed any moneys paid to All Action Events Ltd or any third party reseller of events and services provided by All Action Events Ltd.

If in such an unlikely event, you would rather simply rebook for another date in the calendar then we would more than appreciate it.
